Episode 1: A quick listen into my life with dogs

Some reality shows have become my guilty pleasure. I started to wonder; what makes me want to choose watcing a reality show over a scripted show.
Episode 4: Liars/Lying
This is a different type of episode where we define a lie, the different types of lies, how they could affect others and how to spot lies. All humans lie at some point and we have all been lied to. It leads me down another rabbit hole for another time, why has this behaviour survived? This can be explored in a future episide.
Episode 5: Experiencing an Injury
Injuries bring set backs to life. Everything is affected from how you would normally do a simple task to what you would normally do ie. workout to what you would choose to do ie. go to the beach. My initial thoughts and feelings experiencing a fractured foot.
Episode 6: Taking time away from Work
It's healthy to have a balance between work and our lives. As important as it is for some people it can be difficult to take that time.
Episode 7: Changes in how humans approach discussions/conversations
I haven't been around for very long compared to others but I have noticed a change in how humans approach conversations. In a time where people seemed to be more judgemental they were still open to debate and discussions. Today we are supposed to be a more accepting society but it seems that we want to cancel and demonize opinions rather than have an open conversation.
Episode 8: Artificial Intelligence advancements
Artificial Intelligence or AI is progressing quite quickly. It does not exist just as a tool but it is an agent that can think. It can make humans more efficient but where is the line where tasks might no longer be completed by humans. I don't believe AI is something that can be stopped but I wonder what the future will look like.
Episode 9: Thoughts on wanting a family as a mature woman
Many people are choosing to have a family later in their life after they achieve some financial stability and nowadays both partners are employed so they can maintain their lifestyle.
I believe there are many reasons why people choose to have less children and are starting a family later on.
As an older woman I have a biological clock so my options on having my own children are affected by my age. That is the biggest limitation, you can always make more money.
These are just some of my thoughts on my situation.

We also touch on how children should be raised learning survival skills.
Episode 13: Interntional dating for marriage

This episode is just the start to this conversation...

Episode 15: Ready for 2025
Some final thoughts before 2025.
Episode 16: A Brief look at Fertility and Egg Freezing
Welcome to 2025 - In this episode we take a generalized look into what could impact fertility and egg freezing as an option for women.
Episode 17 - External or societal influences on how to shape your life.
With the rise of the internet and the rise of social media and personalities there is an influx of people publishing content.
Sometimes these people genuinely are trying to guide people with opinions/knowledge. Sometimes these people are just trying to make it a business to try to guide people without the experience and knowledge that they preach. Some people just want to get rich and famous so they will replicate content published by professionals. And other times there are professionals that want to get their knowledge out into the world.
Its great to take in information. But it is also important to understand the context of that information and the background of the person expression that content. Multiple sources and understanding the full scope of that information - context -speaker - political gain - business gain - social norms - social trends etc.
The other piece of this is, how do you allow this information to affect you. It is great to want to improve your lifestyle and make positive changes.
But sometimes this information can cause pressures and be overwhelming, so it is important to manage how you allow the information to affect you.
Know what works for you and what you want to take from what you are reading or listening to. Don't worry about all the shoulds.
Episode 18: Nostalgia
What is nostalgia and why do humans experience it at some point of their lives?
What function does nostalgia serve?
Why does the youth of our generation seem to get enamored with the culture/music of past decades?
Episode 19: Romantic Relationship Concerns linked to Past Experiences
When looking for a potential romantic partner there are always reservations that people have; these are relative, however I believe it is wise to proceed with caution.
Every person comes with a past, we are all on this planet living our lives and we grow with those experiences. We also get to understand who we are.
Should we be concerned about body counts, should we be concerned about a persons quality in their past relationships or lack there of. Should we be concerned when someone has not experienced being in love before.
There are no judgements and no one way to live this human experience but it is wise to be cautious,
Episode 20: Practicing more of a Gratitude Mindset; Checking in with Yourself

The use of the telephone has changed over time and humans have been using the cell phone for a short period of time.
Is it possible for humans to become addicted to their phones? Do you find yourself using your phone more often; do hours go by and you have not done anything with your day that you set out to.
Why would this happen and how can we choose to stop it from continuing.
Episode 22: Losing touch with yourself & Reconnecting
